NRC requested management meeting to discuss (1) NRC's annual assessment of the safety performance; (2) results of PSEG assessments of the work environment (plans for these assessments were discussed between the NRC and PSEG at a public meeting on 3/18/04, and assessment results were provided in a PSEG letter dated 5/21/04; and (3) the Action Plan, currently being developed by PSEG to address the results of the assessments, as well as actions to strengthen the work management and corrective action programs.
